Jewel Gould left her home country Trinidad & Tobago and moved to Florida with her family about 22 years ago, at the tender age of 17. She studied Psychology, got married at age 21, and had three beautiful bundles of joy shortly after.
She then experienced some tragic losses that were truly devastating. Her beloved mom, dad and grandmother were included in those losses. After those gut wrenching experiences, she made a conscious effort to live by the motto, “There is purpose in your pain.”
Style, health, wellness and having a heart for the overall well-being of others had always been a part of her essence, and she refused to give up on those passions even though she constantly wears various hats.
She furthered her studies in Nutrition and started encouraging women and moms to take care of themselves wholly; mentally, physically, and emotionally. From there she also developed a passion for writing and contributed to numerous publications as well.
Her vision is to create a sacred space where people, especially women feel loved, enriched, refreshed, special, empowered, and valued. A community where individuals can lead well-balanced lives amidst all the numerous hats and titles that they juggle and manage;
A place to thrive, flourish and soar.
