Our Benefit Brunch will be held once a year to continue to raise funds to pour back into our overall mission and to facilitate our work. Join us for our Second Annual Benefit Brunch! This year it’s all about the self-love. Decadent food, relaxing & joyous tunes by means of our DJ, heart-warming fellowship, marvelous prizes, our special guest speaker and much more!

Our theme this year is self-love.

The main focus with the funding we receive for our benefit brunch is to ensure that we love on the women who have dealt with or who are currently dealing with cancer and alopecia.

We want to remind them of how beautiful, special and worthy they are. We have partnered with local hair stylists like TYX Hair & Hollywood Glam Studios to provide custom wigs.

We would also like to partner with local nail salons to provide some refreshing pampering sessions, a healthy luncheon and ongoing support systems for a select group of women.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we are truly advocates for ensuring that we provide spaces where we pour into those beautiful minds.

Exercise contributes to the quality of your mental health in numerous ways. Some of which include: releasing feel-good hormones, a better night's sleep, sharpens your thinking, improves energy levels, reduces your risk of physical health issues, improves your confidence, boosts your mood, relieves stress, and enhances your memory just to name a few.

We are so elated to have Coach Cole and our friends at IntensityX3 join us for this remarkable experience.

Cole has her NASM CTP (personal training certification), NASM CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification), she is Kettlebell Certified and a phenomenal small and large group instructor, and a lead kickboxing coach as well!

Our friends at IntensityX3 will also be giving everyone who are not currently members at their facility a free one week admission. It must be consecutively for the pass to apply.

All proceeds goes towards our overall cause and to continue to facilitate the work in our local communities and worldwide as well.

This year we have established and launched, “The You are Loved Drive.”

We will be sponsoring manicures, pedicures and hairdos to chosen young ladies and a few young men in need as well.

We have partnered with the Tirop Foundation and Eldoret Children’s Rescue Center in Kenya. It was also expressed that Eldoret as well as other Rescue Centers are in need of feminine products for the young ladies.

So we will also be packaging bags of essentials that will include but are not limited to feminine products, deodorant, lotion, socks, body wash, nail polish for the young ladies, chap stick, journals & pens, a piece of jewelry for the young ladies, chocolate, and a love note.

Distributions and activities will take place on dates within the Valentine’s Day season.

We firmly and wholeheartedly believe that a huge part of leading a well-balanced life, is to ensure that you pour into your mental health and engage in self-care practices as well. We desire for these beautiful individuals to feel loved, special, valued and appreciated. Hence the reason why we are conducting this drive on the day set aside for all things love.

In addition to these efforts, we will be assisting some young ladies with their fees for primary and secondary (high) school, and providing some other necessities as well.

Your donations would truly touch the lives of numerous children who stand in need.
